Backup Recommendations
- Rename your computers in Control Panel to
make identification easy if backing up more than one computer.
- Identify your important files such as Email
and contacts, Office documents, Pictures and Video, QuickBooks and accounting
data, and Music that you want to insure you DO NOT LOOSE.
- If possible, move your data files to one
location on your computer hard drive. In Windows, these are best kept in
"My Documents". If you have multiple users that login to Windows, you
will have a My Documents for each user. Putting all your files in one
place will make it easy to know how much you have to backup.
